Right now, we are safe and healthy. Right now, I am freshly showered. Right now, I have toilet paper in my house. Right now, I am full from dinner. Right now, my daughter is asleep. Right now, I can hear the TV in the other room and the fan buzzing. Right now, the light on my desk casts it's glow on my computer. Right now, the dog is burrowed under the quilt asleep. Right now, I am okay. Right now, I can keep my anxiety at bay.
I want to have more to say. I want to know how things will be tomorrow. I wonder what new information will interrupt or increase my worries and fears. Right now though, I am okay.
